PHYSIOTHERAPY TREATMENTS
At the first visit a detailed assessment is undertaken which includes examination of the affected areas and how this affects your global body movements and function. This is important as sometimes the cause of the problem may be elsewhere in the body. As a result of this assessment I would suggest a tailor- made treatment programme to follow. The aim of treatment is to reduce pain, if this is an issue, and improve or restore normal movement so that if possible, you can return to your normal activities.
